East Moon Asian Bistro served elevated Asian fusion cuisine in a competitive Flushing dining scene. Despite excellent food quality, they were struggling with visibility among the hundreds of restaurants in the area. Their social media was inactive, food photography was amateur, and they had no strategy for online reviews or reputation management.
We developed a visually-driven social media strategy showcasing East Moon's unique dishes and ambiance. Professional food photography and short-form video content were produced weekly. An influencer partnership program brought food bloggers and local influencers to the restaurant. Review management ensured positive experiences were captured on Google and Yelp.
